Mitutoyo Digital Micrometers provide high accuracy and precision over several measurement ranges, making them ideal for a wide range of applications. The QuantuMike® and Digimatic® micrometer models feature an easy-to-read digital display to reduce the chance of errors and the QuantuMike® model features a rapid action micrometer that enables measurements to be made several times faster than a standard micrometer. Select models have a built-in SPC data output function allowing seamless integration with computers or printers for efficient data recording and analysis. Mitutoyo Digital Micrometers are designed with a friction thimble or ratchet stop to ensure consistent measuring pressure, improving repeatability. With IP65 protection, these micrometers are resistant to physical deterioration due to routine exposure to water, cutting oil or coolant.
